Information
Pilates and Exercise for Fitness class will be through canvas and fully online. I am looking forward to get to know everyone and overcome the new challenges together. I will do my best to work with everyone and at the same time learn how to use the Pilates exercises to your benefit. I personally love the workout because the workouts can be performed without any equipment and anywhere as long as you have room to stretch. I am excited to teach you how you can tone your body without using any equipment, feel good and shred inches by toning your muscles.
Biography
I have lived in Modesto since 1992 with my husband and my two sons. I graduated from MJC with Accounting and Associate in Arts degree. I received my Pilates certificate in 2004 and started teaching as an adjunct instructor. My hobbies are reading, watching mystery shows, running, cycling and I enjoy Pilates exercises.
