 1991 - Current        Adjunct Professor, Psychology

Teach psychology courses in Human Lifespan Development and other courses as requested (e.g. Human Development and also Introduction to Psychology).

   2012 - 2014           Manager, Quality Management & Development

California Dept. of Developmental Services Sacramento, CA
Developed new programs and systems changes focused onoutcome data and program improvement.

      2004 – 2012          Manager, Family and Children Services

Managed 30 state staff including physicians, nurses, social workers and legislative analysts to ensure the provision of state-funded services to families with children with special needs.  Developed best practice guidelines for evaluation and treatment of persons with autism. Collaborated with the UC Medical Schools in the training of practicing physicians and clinicians in the evaluation and treatment of various diagnoses and medical conditions associated with developmental disabilities.

Administered $1million in state grant funds to promote regional health programs for families with children with developmental disabilities
