Emma Berdino
Adjunct - English Second Language
Literature and Language Arts

I am originally from Modesto, CA. For college, I attended Stanislaus State in Turlock, where I received both my bachelors and masters degrees. I fell in love with teaching ESL during my last semester of college when I had an internship teaching refugees English at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Meeting people from different countries and learning about their cultures, languages, and backgrounds has always been a passion for me. When I'm not teaching, I love to exercise and be outside, spend time with my family, and travel to new places. I also love learning new languages and hope to someday be fluent in Spanish!
